November 26, 2019 A new build of uScript Pro/PLE has been released (v1.1.3133)! This version adds some new node palette hotkeys for keyboard aficionados. Use alt+C to display the Contents panel in the node palette window, alt+N to display the Nodes palette, and alt+M to focus on and place the cursor in the search field (if you are having issues using the shortcuts, make sure you click in the uScript tab bar or canvas background). It also adds some new texture comparison nodes, enhances the toggle node and adds support for proper export of localized/international number formats. Learn more here. This version fixes more issues with uScript and Unity 2019. Some nodes were causing compile errors and warnings. Some bugs were fixed relating to the save to xml experimental feature. There are also lots of new Signal nodes (one that sends data with each of the same types that are supported by the Custom Event nodes), an optimization for Custom Events, and a few bugfixes. This version adds some new features, both of which, have a preference setting to turn them off if desired. The first one is that the contents search in the contents panel can now search through string fields within the nodes – this one is defaulted to on. The second feature is there is now an option to allow saving when in play mode. This is defaulted to off, as it is not a preferred practice (which is why a warning message is displayed when the setting is off). There are also a few bugfixes. Learn more here. This version adds some updates from one of our source code partners, High Score Hero – namely, a slight load time optimization (most noticeable with lots of nested nodes) as well as the ability to run Driven methods in any of the various Update methods. It also fixes a bug where code generated with rebuild all graphs would not have proper labels. Re-generated example uScripts to fix missing labels. This release fixes the errors seen in Unity 2018.2+. We have added more window/panel management capabilities. uScript now remembers the size and location of the panels when they are docked in the main uScript window (as well as whether they were hidden or not)! This build adds long-awaited panel/window management functionality! You can now pop any of the panels out into a regular Unity tool window, which allows you to move it or dock it in the Unity interface like other standard Unity tool windows (and the main uScript window itself). You can also close any of the panels to turn them off completely (go to View->Panels->…) to turn them back on or close an re-open uScript and they will be back inside the main uScript window. There are also lots of new nodes, bugfixes, and a new preference that allows you to turn off that pesky “Attach to master uScript” prompt on first save of every uScript graph!
